We would like to acknowledge and thank all of our long-time clients who so faithfully abide by to our “payment at the time of services policy”. If you are a new client, we would like to make you aware of our payment policy:
We are a compassionate practice. We will never turn away any sick or injured patient in need of medical assistance. And we take pride in knowing that we keep our fees at a minimum.
However, we are not a “Free Clinic.” Our policy states that services are to be paid in full at the time of services rendered. We provide these services in good faith and appreciate your business.

In the case of an extreme medical emergency, we are also now offering VetBilling as a form of payment. This is a contractual agreement that allows you to make installment payments that are paid by secure, automatic withdrawals using you’re checking, savings, or credit card account. (If you feel that this applies to your circumstances, please ask one of our receptionists for details). Again, this is an option reserved for extreme medical emergencies and is prohibited from use for payment on routine or optional Veterinary Care.
